Masataka Kawaguchi, President
Appointed President NEG-US effective January 1, 2023.  Vice President of NEG-US, since April 2022.  Department Manager of Glass Fiber Production in Japan since 2020.  Manager of Design and Engineering of Glass Melting Furnace from 2018 to 2020.  19 years experience with NEG in R&D of specialty glass relating to glass properties, chemistry, and the glass melting process. MSc in Inorganic Material Chemistry from Kyoto University.

Tomonori Kano, NEG Director & Senior Vice President
Appointed to Director & Senior Vice President Group General Manager of Glass Fiber Products Group on January 1, 2024.  Director & Senior Vice President Group General Manager of Display Glass Group since 2021.  Senior Vice President Deputy Group General Manager of Display Glass Group from 2019 to 2020.  Vice President General Manager of Display Glass Division from 2015 to 2018.  35 years experience with NEG in development of Display glass manufacturing process.  MSc in Inorganic Material Chemistry from Kyoto University.

Hiroshi Takimoto, Vice President
Vice President of NEG-US since January 2023.  3 years in Glass Fiber Division in Japan, mainly involved in bushing designing for improving yield and reducing cost.  17 years in Display Glass Division and mostly worked on the development of rolled glass.  Currently have a role of bridge for production between the US, Japan and the other sites of group companies. MSc in Physics from Osaka University.

Yoshio Kawai, Vice President
Vice President of NEG-US since November 2021, with a career in various positions within accounting in NEG-Japan.  Current role is to bridge financial reporting between the US and Japan and provide support for smooth company management in several areas of US business.

Camilo Serrano, Chief Operating Officer
17 years in Glass Fibers with PPG/NEG, 22 years of experience in composites.  Camilo has held various roles within PPG/NEG in R&D, Marketing, and Business Management, and serves now as Director of Operations since Dec 2018 with responsibility for all NEG US manufacturing plants, engineering services, research & development.  Camilo holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, MSc in Materials Engineering from UAB and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.  Participant in PPG Global Leadership Development Program.

Richard O. Russell (Rick), Regional CFO & Director of Finance
34-year career with PPG/NEG with various roles in accounting, sales, strategic planning, general management and finance.  As Regional CFO, has responsibility for Accounting/Finance, IT and HR.  Rick holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BSc in Finance/Corporate Accounting from Juniata College.  Paragon Award winner for outstanding sales achievement and participant in PPG aggressive career development program.

Courtney Czyrnik, Director Supply Chain, Purchasing, & Logistics
Joined NEG-US as Director of Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Logistics in August of 2022.  Courtney has over 21 years prior experience in global supply chain management including various industries, manufacturing locations, and lean process management applications.  Courtney holds a BS in Business Management- Operations and Supply Chain from North Carolina State University.
